We are pleased to announce continuation of 4G/5G Mobile Broadband and internet services.

*Unlimited has a fair-usage of 600GB per month and a maximum of 12 tethered devices. If either of these are exceeded twice in a 6-month period, a usage investigation may be triggered.

All Services are subject to an early termination fee if cancelled within 12 months of connection. Services are also subject to a £30 tariff-change cost if changing down tariff within 12 months of connection.

Data Allowance and Data Roaming

By default we will place a restriction on your account so that you cannot go over your monthly allowance, meaning your bill will not be any more than expected. If for any reason you run out of data and need more allowance to be added, we will need to quote for this on a case-by-case basis. We also do not allow international roaming with Mobile Broadband services by default, although this can ben enabled upon request.

Fault Fix Times:

No specified SLA is provided with mobile service.

Speeds:

Speeds on Mobile Broadband service cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on your location, environmental factors (such as whereabouts / elevation you use the service and obstacles between you and the mobile tower) and network factors (including but not limited to maintenance of specific mobile towers).

Routers and Wi-fi:

These prices do not include a router or any other equipment, installation or setup – however this is a professional service we offer and will supply equipment and services to match your requirements.

Service Levels and What’s Included:

Aside from the fault fix times mentioned above, it’s important to understand what these services provide and what their limitations are before placing an order; it may be more appropriate to consider enterprise-grade ethernet services.
