When roaming in the EE Business Zone (European countries), calls, texts and data which are included at home are also included when you are abroad. Once your included bundle is depleted, the standard UK rates apply until the end of the month when your bundle renews.

EE Roaming Like at Home Surcharges
If a User breaches a fair use policy while using Roaming in Business Travel Zones 1 & 2, or if it appears a Connection is being used abroad for more than 2 months out of any 4 month period EE may ask the User to stop Roaming. If Roaming continues, EE may apply a surcharge to that User’s Roaming data usage of £6.51/GB of data usage, 0.8p / SMS and 2.7p / minute for voice calls.
This surcharge will be in addition to the usual Service Plan or Service Plan Add-On Charges.
EE Corporate Daily Roamer
Applied to all EE 5G-enabled services, a daily charge is applied once a call, text or data connection is made or received, and cost depending the zone to which the country you are visiting belongs. This charge then includes unlimited calls, texts and 500MB of data for the remainder of the day. The charge can be applied up to 2 times if you exceed 500MB, after which (when you exceed 1GB usage in 1 day) the out-of-bundle charge will apply.
By selecting Corporate Daily Roamer its Users will be automatically opted out of the warning messages and roaming limits specified in Articles 14 and 15 of Regulation (EU) No531/2012. This is to ensure that Users receive the full benefits of Corporate Daily Roamer.
Voice (Corporate Daily Roamer)
Charges only apply on days that the user accesses voice or SMS services whilst roaming. No charge applies when the User does not roam or if the User does not access voice or SMS services when roaming. No credit or refund is given for any allowance in a Daily Bundle and any unused allowance will expire at the end of the day and will not roll over. A day begins at 00:00:00 hours and ends at 23:59:59 hours, using local time and date. Calling allowances are for normal person-to-person use only. EE will decide that you’re breaking these terms if you call more than 300 different numbers in a month. EE is free to decide that other types of use may also be breaking this term. EE monitors use in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions and the terms in this Price Guide. If you do break this term, EE will contact you and ask you to stop and if you don’t then EE may disconnect your SIM card from our network. EE may charge for calls of a duration of 90 minutes or more out-of-bundle rates as set out below.
Redial to avoid standard charging.
Once a User exceeds 500 incoming and outgoing voice minutes per-day in Zone-A EE will charge at an out-of-bundle rate of 60p per min. Once a User exceeds 500 SMS per day in Zone-A EE will charge at an out-of-bundle rate of 60p per SMS.
Once a User exceeds 500 incoming and outgoing voice minutes in Zone-B EE will charge at an out-of-bundle rate of £1.80 per min. Once a User exceeds 500 SMS in Zone-B EE will charge at an out-of-bundle rate of £1.20 per SMS. EE will charge for any voice roaming used outside both Zone-A and Zone-B at £1.80 per minute and £1.20 per SMS. EE defines calls in Roaming Zone’s A&B as incoming calls, outgoing calls in country back to the UK and calls to other countries.
Data (Corporate Daily Roamer)
Charges only apply on days that the User accesses mobile data services whilst roaming. No charge applies when the User does not roam or if the User does not access data services when roaming. No credit or refund is given for any unused allowance in a Daily Bundle and any unused allowances will expire at the end of each day and will not
roll over. A day begins at 00:00:00 hours and ends at 23:59:59 hours, using local time and date. Each session of data roaming is rounded up to the nearest kilobyte.
Once a User exceeds 500MB of data in a day in Zone-A EE will charge at an out-of-bundle rate of 24p/MB. Once a User exceeds 500MB of data in a day in Zone-B EE will charge at an out-of-bundle rate of £1.20/MB. EE will charge for any data roaming used outside both Zone-A and Zone-B at £3.60/MB. Daily allowances apply per User and are not aggregated from an account perspective.
Usage: Users may use their Daily Bundle to access mobile data (subject to availability) using their device or EE data card. This does not include event charges such as charges for the download of ringtones or games, or for the use of any services for which additional charges apply.
Caps and Alerts (Corporate Daily Roamer)
The Customer acknowledges that by selecting Corporate Daily Roamer its Users will be automatically opted out of the warning messages and roaming limits specified in Articles 14 and 15 of Regulation (EU) No531/2012. This is to ensure that Users receive the full benefits of Corporate Daily Roamer.
Having opted out of the roaming caps, Customers will receive alerts at 25, 50, 75, 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,000MB of usage a month. Note that delivery of SMS alerts are subject to foreign networks, over which EE has no control, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Buffers (Corporate Daily Roamer)
In both Zone-A and Zone-B the Daily Bundle Charge will be triggered by the following; making a call 30 seconds or longer, receiving a call 60 seconds or longer, 1SMS or 15Kb of data usage in any given data session.
Eligibility (Corporate Daily Roamer)
Corporate Daily Roamer is not compatible with any other roaming bundle, promotion, offer or bespoke data roaming pricing.
Future Changes
EE may change the countries that make up Zone-A and Zone-B at any time. The Customer will be notified in writing by letter 30days prior to any change.

Customers who opt in to EE data roaming are capped on usage as opposed to when the regulatory charge cap has been reached (€50 EU/€42 RoW). Usage will be capped at 867MB in the EU or 6.7MB for the RoW. Please note that taking a data related international service plan add on or a Roam Like At Home compliant Service Plan or Service Plan Add-On will automatically result in the opt out of the data roaming caps. Roaming services are subject to connection to foreign networks, over which EE has no control, and therefore the availability and quality of roaming services cannot be guaranteed.
Charges incurred whilst roaming may be billed several months in arrears. The current data limits will cut off the customer’s data roaming session when they spend €50 in the EU or €42 (ex VAT) outside of the EU. If the customer activates roaming on all or part of its account the data cut off limits will apply unless the customer opts out. If the customer has a device capable of sending text messages they may also opt out by contacting Lansalot when prompted by a relevant text message advising the customer how much data they have used.

Unlimited usage is subject to artificially inflated traffic fair usage policy. Unlimited data is also Subject to data fair usage policies. Where users regularly tether to 12 or more devices or have used 600Gb of data twice within a 6 month period then we may investigate to ascertain whether your unlimited data usage is in line with standard use and our Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) policy. In the event it is determined that usage is for non-standard purposes then we reserve the right to adjust the plan or to terminate the agreement.
These plans are for normal person to person use from your phone. If you text or call more than 300 different numbers in a month and/or 3,000 minutes or SMS in a month this will be a breach of the terms of unlimited calls and texts. Any other types of use may also be breaching this term, please see the EE fair usage policy for further details. If your usage is in breach of this policy we will notify you and ask for the usage to cease, if the usage is not ceased then you may be subject to network disconnection.
Whilst roaming outside of the UK on unlimited data plans, and within standard inclusive or daily roaming destinations usage is capped at 15GB per month and roaming restrictions may be applied.
Use in Gateways (aka Fixed Cellular Terminals) is not permitted.

O2 Roaming and International
O2 includes Roam Like At Home already enabled and included for EU countries. This means there is no additional charge to access your included minutes, texts and data bundles whilst roaming in RLAH countries (Europe Zone 1 and Zone 2). Once inclusive minutes/texts/data is used up, the UK out-of-bundle rate will apply in Zone 1, and the Roaming out of bundle charges will apply in Zone 2.
Travel Free and Travel Plus allow access to your inclusive minutes, in Travel Free countries for no additional charge, and in Travel Plus countries for £4.80 per day, which is applied once a chargeable call, text, or data-connection is made that day. There is no charge applied if no call/text/data is sent/received. Travel Free and Travel Plus are compatible and pre-enabled with all new O2 Simple Unlimited Plus tariffs only. Once inclusive minutes/texts/data is used up, the UK out-of-bundle rate will apply.
World Travel Select allow you to access your inclusive minutes for a daily charge £4.80 per day, upon a chargeable call, text, or data-connection being made. There is no charge applied if no call/text/data is sent/received. WTS is enabled by default on O2 Simple Voice, and O2 Simple Unlimited tariffs. Once inclusive minutes/texts/data is used up, the UK out-of-bundle rate will apply.

Vodafone Roaming and International
Travel Free and Travel Plus allow access to your inclusive minutes, in Travel Free countries for no additional charge, and in Travel Plus countries for £4.80 per day, which is applied once a chargeable call, text, or data-connection is made that day. There is no charge applied if no call/text/data is sent/received. Travel Free and Travel Plus are compatible and pre-enabled with all new Voda Eco Unlimited tariffs only. Once inclusive minutes/texts/data is used up, the UK out-of-bundle rate will apply.
European Travel Select and World Travel Select allow you to access your inclusive minutes for a daily charge of £2.40 per day for ETS, and £4.80 per day for WTS, which is applied once a chargeable call, text, or data-connection is made that day. There is no charge applied if no call/text/data is sent/received. ETS and WTS are pre-enabled by default on Voda Eco tariffs (excluding Voda Eco Unlimited). Once inclusive minutes/texts/data is used up, the UK out-of-bundle rate will apply.

Unlimited calls and texts are from within the UK, to UK mobile numbers, and to UK landlines starting 01/02/03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man).
Unlimited usage is subject to artificially inflated traffic fair usage policy. Unlimited data is also Subject to data fair usage policies. Where users regularly tether to 12 or more devices or have used 600Gb of data twice within a 6 month period then we may investigate to ascertain whether your unlimited data usage is in line with standard use and our Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) policy. In the event it is determined that usage is for non-standard purposes then we reserve the right to adjust the plan or to terminate the agreement. In addition Unlimited plans roaming data usage is capped at 25GB per billing month in European Travel Select, Travel Free and Travel Plus destinations. If you reach this limit, you will be charged £2.40 per 1GB (ex VAT) to continue using data in a European Travel Select, Travel Free or Travel Plus destinations until your monthly allowance renews.
Inclusive bundles are designed for those who travel periodically, up to a maximum of 50% of the time in any 4-month rolling period. They are not designed for travellers who connect to foreign networks semi-permanently or permanently. Excessive use charges or barring of the account may occur should foreign use in excess of this stated amount occur.
Use in Gateways (aka Fixed Cellular Terminals) is not permitted.
