Calling internationally? Add International Caller option to O2 Simple Unlimited plans for £5/month, reducing the cost of calling internationally from the UK as follows:
- UK to Europe, USA and Canada = 2.88p per minute
- UK to Rest of World = 15.84p per minute

Going abroad? World Traveller Select is added to your O2 Simple Voice or Simple Unlimited tariff by default, giving you access to your inclusive minutes and data for £5.00/day whilst abroad.

Included with all EE plans:
- Roaming Passes allow you access to your inclusive minutes, and some data, for a daily fee
- Roaming Pass Europe allows access to unlimited minutes and texts, and 2GB data per day, for £2.16 /day
- Roaming Pass Business Zone allows access to unlimited minutes and texts, and 1GB data per day for £6.91/day
- Roaming Pass World Zone allows access to 60 minutes ,60 texts, and 1GB data per day for £13.82

*30-Day Services connected after 1st August 2023 are subject to a £30 early termination fee if cancelled within 24 months of connection. Services are also subject to a £30 tariff-change cost if changing down tariff within 24 months of connection. Services on 12- or 24-month commitments if cancelled early will be subject to a charge equal to the full remainder of the commitment.
30-Day Services are subject to price increases as they are set by the networks, which are typically applied in April each year. We will publish new tariffs when prices change.
International Roaming and Roam Like At Home (RLAH)
For EE services, “Roaming Passes” allow access to some of your inclusive allowances, for 24 hours, for a daily fee. No fee is applicable if no chargeable call, text or data connection is made. For EE;
– Europe includes: Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City
– Business Zone includes: Albania, Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, China, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, India, Indonesia, Isle of Man, Israel, Jersey, Kuwait, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Reunion, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States, Vietnam

For O2 services, “Roam Like At Home” applies to European countries, so inclusive calls, texts and data are still inclusive when you travel to Europe. Outside of Europe either the “World Travel Select”, or the “Travel Free and Travel Plus” options are active. “Travel Free and Travel Plus” work together to give you free access to inclusive minutes/texts/data in ‘Travel Free’ countries, and access to inclusive minutes/texts/data in ‘Travel Plus’ countries for a daily fee. For both Travel Plus and World Travel Select, a daily cost of £5.00 is applied when you first make or receive a chargeable call / text / data connection on that day, and then gives access to your inclusive calls, texts and data allowances for the rest of the day. No charge is applied if no chargeable call/text/data connection is made on that day.
For Vodafone Services, European Travel Select and World Travel Select are applied in which a daily cost of £2.40 or £5.00 is applied (depending on the country) when you make or receive a chargeable call / text / data connection, giving access to your inclusive calls, texts and data for the rest of the day. No charge is applied if no chargeable call/text/data connection is made on that day.

Inclusive, Fair Usage and Out-of-bundle costs
Inclusive minutes are those made from within the UK to UK mobile numbers (on the main UK networks currently EE, O2, Vodafone and 3 networks only), and to landlines starting 01/02/03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man).
Fair usage is based on calling no more than 300 different numbers per month, for up to 3000 minutes per month, and up to 3000 SMS messages per month. Usage above this is a breach of the fair-usage policy and will result in a request to cease such usage and/or may lead to termination of the service.
Unlimited Data is based on no more than 12 regularly-tethered devices and a normal usage under 600GB per month. Usage above this twice in any 6 month period may trigger an investigation into whether the usage is considered fair or Artificially Inflated.
Any calls or usage outside of your bundle, or outside of the Fair Usage Policy, will be charged for at the full rate. Please see the full tariffs here.
Fault Fix Times:
No specified SLA is provided with mobile service.
Speeds and coverage:
Service availability and speeds on Mobile Broadband / Data service cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on your location, environmental factors (such as whereabouts / elevation you use the service and obstacles between you and the mobile tower) and network factors (including but not limited to maintenance of specific mobile towers).
Equipment:
These prices do not include a mobile device, which can be quoted separately if you require this. These are SIM-only services.
Service Levels and What’s Included:
Aside from the fault fix times mentioned above, it’s important to understand what these services provide and what their limitations are before placing an order; it may be more appropriate to consider enterprise-grade ethernet services.
