The one big question that everyone wants to know is - how much?

Here is an approximate guide to some of the most common home-user services we offer, and our residential labour charges;

Labour:

Engineer on-site: £40 standing charge, including first hour labour.
Engineer on-site: £15 per half-hour after first hour.

Wireless Broadband Installation:

Configuration of a wireless router or access point, and 1 PC: £40
==> Additional PC or Access Point: £10

New PC:

Install/configure a new PC, including transfer of documents from your old PC and installation of software you supply:£40 (typical)

Healthcheck:

Remove spyware and viruses, clean up the PC and make it run smoother, check hard drive integrity, ensure antivirus and antispyware applications installed and up-to-date. Advise on how to improve speed:£60
==> Note: this may require a wipe-clean; after which only the Wipe Clean price will be charged.

Wipe Clean:

Re-install Windows off-site, including up to 5 additional software packages that you supply on CD: £90
